We are seeking a highly persuasive, and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and marketing activities
  • Promote and sell the company's real estate properties and investment opportunities
  • Conduct property inspections, site tours, and presentations for prospective buyers and investors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers
  • Negotiate property sales agreements and close transactions effectively
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and transactions
  • Prepare and present property proposals, quotations, and investment presentations
  • Attend exhibitions, property showcases, open houses, and networking events
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property values
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven years of experience in real estate sales, property marketing, business development, or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
