Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a highly persuasive, and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and marketing activities
- Promote and sell the company's real estate properties and investment opportunities
- Conduct property inspections, site tours, and presentations for prospective buyers and investors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers
- Negotiate property sales agreements and close transactions effectively
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and transactions
- Prepare and present property proposals, quotations, and investment presentations
- Attend exhibitions, property showcases, open houses, and networking events
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property values
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Marketing or a related field
- Proven years of experience in real estate sales, property marketing, business development, or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
