Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Executive, based in Lagos with the flexibility to work partly from home. The selected candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, negotiating property sales, maintaining client relationships, and providing world-class customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate, includeing Real Property and the ability to navigate the real estate market.
- 2years experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to listen actively, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Solid knowledge of the Lagos real estate market, including neighborhoods, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both in person and via digital channels.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
