·      Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role based in Abuja. Supporting prospective buyers and investors throughout the property sales process. Responsibilities include prospecting and following up on leads, conducting property viewings, explaining features, pricing, and terms. Convert potential clients into customers by building strong relationships and continually refining sales processes to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the construction, design, and administrative teams to ensure a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

·      Strong Real Estate Sales and general Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

·      Knowledge of the Real Estate market, property types, and basic real estate regulations and processes.

·      Great interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Digital savvy (email, social media, lead generating-tracking systems).

·      Previous experience in real estate, property sales, or a related sales field is highly desirable.

·      Proven track record of closing high-value property sales.

·      Strong network of HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients.

·      Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.

·      Work on-site in Abuja and occasionally during weekends.

• Sales Commission: 5%
