Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads.
- Market and sell the company's real estate properties.
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close property sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Previous real estate experience is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools with good presentation skills.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 monthly salary
