Job summary

We are seeking a driven and commercially-minded Sales Associate to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, motivated by results, and eager to build a successful career in real estate.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
  • Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper product display within the store/showroom
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of real estate principles and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
  • Preferred candidates should reside in Lekki, Ajah, or the surrounding areas.
