Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Associate. The role is based in Lagos andOgun state, with some flexibility to work remotely. The Sales Associate will engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, identify and promote properties that align with client requirements, and negotiate deals. Additional responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, maintaining updated knowledge of real estate trends, and meeting sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and related industry knowledge
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proven Sales expertise, including negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, balancing onsite and remote tasks
- Experience in the Owode real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate related certifications, or a related field is plus.
