Job Role: Real Estate Sales & Strategy Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Sourcing & Evaluation
- Identify and secure high-value property opportunities aligned with company ob
jectives.- Conduct detailed property assessments, including: Location and market viability, Pricing analysis and investment potential, Risk assessment and value optimization opportunities.
- Lead property inspections and validate opportunities before client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investment partners.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities within the real estate sector.
2. Client Acquisition & Sales Leadership
- Drive client acquisition efforts targeting investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth buyers.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Lead property presentations, negotiations, and client meetings.
- Develop tailored investment proposals and advisory recommendations for clients.
- Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and strategic partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
3. Business Development & Market Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market visibility and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, sales campaigns, and positioning of property offerings.
- Support expansion initiatives through market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
4. Team Collaboration & Process Oversight
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on inspections, reporting, and client ma
nagement.- Ensure high standards in property documentation, reporting accuracy, and client communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to improve workflow and client experience.
- Maintain organized records of properties, leads, negotiations, and completed transactions.
Requirements
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years experience in: Real estate sales, Property investment, Business development, Investment advisory
- Proven track record of generating revenue and successfully closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market and investment principles.
- Relevant certifications or professional memberships are an added advantage.
