Real Estate Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise real estate development and construction projects.
• Develop project timelines, work plans and execution schedules.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and resource allocation.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, engineers, consultants and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with approved quality, cost and timeline expectations.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare periodic project progress reports.
• Track project risks, delays and mitigation actions.
• Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Provide management with regular updates on project milestones and execution status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in real estate development or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, infrastructure delivery and site coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively.
• Strong project reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• PMP certification or COREN/NSE membership is an added advantage.
• Strong execution and problem-solving capability.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
