Real Estate Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Officer to drive property sales, generate leads, manage client relationships, coordinate sales agents, and support digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales and marketing, a solid understanding of the Lagos property market.

Responsibilities:
- Drive property sales and business development activities.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate, supervise, and support sales agents to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Promote available properties through online and offline marketing channels.
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on the Lagos real estate market.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Proven track record in property sales and client relationship management.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Remuneration: NGN 450,000 Gross Monthly
