Position: Real Estate Marketing Unit Manager
Company: BRIT PROPERTIES NIG. LTD.
LOCATION: Ikota, Lagos (Branch office) close proximity is compulsory.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
-Oversee the entire sales process, from client acquisition to closing deals.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
-Foster strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional campaigns.
-Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Academic qualification of either B.Sc or HND and above.
-Two years proven experience in real estate sales, insurance, and microfinance, with a track record of successful transactions.
-Two years previous managerial experience, demonstrating leadership and team-building skills.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
-In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market trends and regulations.
-Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Must be confident and smart - Possess solid networking, marketing and negotiation skills
- Must be able to recruit and manage a team of at least fifteen marketing executives towards achieving monthly sales targets.
