Job summary
We are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented Real Estate Marketer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, marketing and selling the company's real estate products, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for the company's real estate products and services.
- Promote available properties using both online and offline marketing channels.
- Generate quality leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, digital marketing, and field marketing activities.
- Conduct property inspections, site visits, presentations, and client meetings.
- Convert prospects into buyers by providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate successful property transactions.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities using the company's CRM or reporting tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining high ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Proven ability to generate and convert sales leads.
- Customer-focused with exceptional relationship management skills.
- Good presentation and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related discipline.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
