Real Estate Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Market and promote Covek Properties’ estates, homes, and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
• Generate and manage qualified leads through social media marketing, networking, referrals, and direct engagement.
• Conduct property tours, client presentations, and follow-ups to close sales deals.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.
• Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials in collaboration with the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit weekly marketing and sales reports to management.
• Represent the Covek brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.


Requirements:

• OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in real estate marketing or sales (experience in Lagos real estate market, especially Lekki and Ajah axis, is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong digital marketing and social media skills (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound knowledge of real estate trends, property documentation, and client management.
• Must reside within or around Lekki/Ajah/Victoria Island.
