Job summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Marketer to promote and sell the company's real estate products, including land, residential properties, commercial properties, and investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients and closing sales to achieve targets.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Market and promote the company's real estate properties and investment offerings
  • Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, digital marketing, and prospecting activities
  • Conduct site inspections, property tours, and presentations for prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into property buyers
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Negotiate property sales and guide clients through the purchase process
  • Prepare and present property proposals, quotations, and investment packages
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
  • Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, open houses, and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales transactions
  • Submit regular sales and marketing reports to management


Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, business development, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
