Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Sylvastar Residences Estate lands/properties, providing advisory services, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients to generate sales leads.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated on real estate market trends.
  • Present and promote products and services to existing and potential clients in the real estate industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within set deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing property features and benefits.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, etc.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management
  • Customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the sales or real estate industry is a plus
