Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage estate operations, maintenance, and security services
- Supervise estate personnel and external vendors
- Handle tenant issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor facilities, infrastructure, and utilities
- Ensure compliance with estate rules and company policies
- Submit regular performance and incident reports
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc. in Estate Management or related field (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3–5 years hands-on estate management experience
- Experience managing large or multi-unit residential estates is an advantage
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of facilities management and service coordination
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt
