Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities:

Portfolio Growth & Investment:

• Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value real estate opportunities 
• Conduct feasibility and financial analysis to guide investment decisions 
• Optimize asset performance (leasing, sales, repositioning) 
• Build a strong pipeline aligned with growth targets 

Project & Estate Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (planning → execution → delivery → operations) 
• Set and enforce timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks 
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams 
• Ensure efficient estate management and high occupancy levels 

Solution Leadership:

• Diagnose and resolve complex business and project challenges 
• Provide practical, cost-effective solutions under tight timelines 
• Anticipate and mitigate risks before escalation 
• Act as an escalation point for critical decisions 

Crisis & Conflict Management:

• Lead response to disputes, delays, and operational crises 
• Mediate stakeholder conflicts (clients, contractors, partners) 
• Implement contingency and risk management frameworks 
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance 

Client & Partner Management:

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships 
• Lead negotiations and manage key stakeholder expectations 
• Drive repeat business and strategic partnerships 
• Ensure consistent delivery of value to clients 

Financial & Operational Performance:

• Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial outcomes 
• Improve margins through efficiency and cost optimization 
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement 
• Align real estate activities with business strategy

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
• A minimum of a degree.
