We help real estate companies in Lagos turn leads into confirmed property inspections and serious buyers through structured follow-up and conversion systems.

As a Lead Conversion Associate, your role will include:

• Engaging incoming property leads

• Following up with prospects

• Qualifying buyer interest

• Coordinating inspection bookings

• Maintaining communication consistency

• Supporting buyer conversion process

We are looking for candidates who:

• Communicate confidently and professionally

• Can follow structured systems

• Are proactive and responsive

• Understand persuasion and customer engagement

• Are comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, and client communication

Experience in Real estate or Sales is an advantage but not compulsory.
