Responsibilities:

Source residential, commercial, and land properties for sale and rent across designated locations.
Conduct field inspections of properties and gather accurate information, photographs, videos, and relevant documentation.
Research property prices, market trends, rental rates, and competing listings within assigned areas.
Verify property details, ownership information, location data, and property features before listing.
Prepare and submit detailed property reports to the management team.
Accompany prospective clients on property inspections and provide accurate information about available properties.
Assist in identifying new property opportunities and emerging real estate markets.
Monitor competing properties and provide regular market intelligence reports.
Maintain accurate records of sourced properties and inspection activities.
Coordinate with the listing and marketing team to ensure property information is complete and up to date.
Follow up on inspection requests and scheduled property viewings.
Represent the company professionally during site visits and client interactions.
Perform other property sourcing and field-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in real estate, marketing, sales, field operations, or a related role is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Lagos locations and property markets.
Ability to conduct independent field research and inspections.
Strong observation and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use Google Maps, smartphones, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
Must be willing to travel frequently within Lagos for inspections and property sourcing.
