Responsibilities:
- Identify and source prospective clients and property leads.
- Market and promote available properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients.
- Negotiate property deals and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide clients with accurate information on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Meet assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the real estate industry is compulsory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent sales and marketing abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
