Role Description

This is a contract remote role for Real Estate Advisors & Agents. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, promoting property sales and rentals, providing expert advice on real estate investments, and conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends. Advisors and agents will also collaborate with clients on negotiations, help facilitate transactions, and offer comprehensive support throughout the property buying or selling process.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
• Proven Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals
• Strong Negotiation capabilities to mediate between buyers and sellers effectively
• Experience in training clients or colleagues in real estate processes
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote capacity
• Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
