Job summary

A reputable real estate and property consulting firm in Lagos is seeking a smart, business-oriented, and self-driven Real Estate Advisor to join its team. The ideal candidate must be an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS/RSV), with a minimum of 3–4 years’ relevant experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice on property acquisition, sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property inspections, valuations, and market research to support client decisions.
  • Market and promote properties to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout transactions.
  • Negotiate property sales, leases, and other real estate agreements.
  • Coordinate property management activities, including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Prepare reports, property analyses, and other relevant documentation.
  • Identify business development opportunities and contribute to achieving company sales and growth targets.


Requirements:

  • Must be an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS/RSV)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in valuation, estate management, property advisory, brokerage, and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to deliver value and drive business growth within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and investment analysis.
  • Property sales, leasing, and negotiation skills.
  • Client relationship management and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Market research, business development, and analytical abilities.
  • Report writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
