Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team in the Real Estate Academy division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment, managing student relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding and learning experience.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the Real Estate Academy programs to prospective students
- Recruit and onboard new students into the academy
- Manage student records, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing students
- Follow up consistently with leads and enrolled students
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new applicants
- Network both online and offline to increase student enrollment
- Provide support to students throughout their learning journey
- Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants into the academy
Requirements:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Experience in marketing, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- A passion for the real estate or education sector is a plus
Performance Expectations:
