The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery. The role involves contract administration, project valuations, and monitoring costs throughout the construction lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare valuations, payment certificates, and cost reports.
- Assist with tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
- Review project specifications and assess costs of materials and construction works.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams on commercial matters.
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess a minimum of HND/B.Sc in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Applicants must have 2–3 years of proven experience in quantity surveying.
- Applicants must have practical experience in construction projects.
- Applicants must have strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, valuation, and contract administration.
- Experience working with a contracting organization will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
