Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQ cost estimation and tender documents.
Monitor site progress and certify contractor payments.

Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients.

Requirements:

HND/B.Sc in Quantity Surveying.
2+ years post NYSC experience.
proficiency in Excel and Qs software.
Strong attention to detail and integrity.
