Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Abuja. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction cost management, including cost control, cost planning, cost reporting, and preparing bills of quantities (BOQ). The role involves evaluating project costs, estimating budgets, and working closely with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to optimize project budgets and minimize expenses
• Expertise in Cost Planning and preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Experience in Cost Reporting and the ability to track and present financial insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications such as RICS or equivalent are an advantage
• Previous experience in real estate or property development is a plus

Compensation: 400-500 Thousand Naira Net
