Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for high-rise construction projects.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure delivery within approved budgets.
• Administer construction contracts, including managing variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare and evaluate interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts for clients and contractors.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide regular financial reports to support project decision-making.
• Review tender documents, evaluate bids, and provide recommendations for contractor and supplier selection.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant industry standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high-rise building projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and project cost control.
  
• Prepare project valuations, bills of quantities, and cost reports.
  
• Possess good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 400,000
