Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost reports.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and tender submissions.
- Assist in contract administration and procurement processes.
- Conduct site visits and measurements as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and regulations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Membership or registration with a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
