Quantity Surveyor
Job summary
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates and budgets, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery. The role involves contract administration, cost control, valuation of works, and supporting projects to ensure they are completed within budget and specification.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures to ensure budget compliance.
- Manage contract administration, including reviewing contract documents and handling variations.
- Measure, value, and certify completed works for interim and final payments.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, quotations, and contractor submissions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports and financial forecasts to project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved budgets, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Prepare project valuations and manage project costs effectively.
- Must possess good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with a contracting organization will be an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 400,000
