CoreHR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Quantity Surveyor Intern. This role is ideal for NYSC members or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in quantity surveying. The intern will support the Quantity Surveyor team in cost planning, measurement, project documentation, and reporting, gaining practical exposure.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing basic cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and feasibility studies.
- Support senior Quantity Surveyors in monitoring project budgets and preparing simple cost reports
- Participate in site measurements and valuations under supervision.
- Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and contract documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records and files.
- Learn and apply industry-standard Quantity Surveyor software and tools.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Must be serving NYSC (Corper) in 2026
- Basic knowledge of measurement and cost management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Quantity Surveyor software is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and take guidance from senior staff.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Monthly
