Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Carry out accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide cost reports
- Prepare and evaluate valuations, payment applications, and final accounts
- Review quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and assess variations
- Conduct site measurements and support procurement planning
- Maintain accurate records of costs, variations, and payments
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in civil construction
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations, and cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software
- NIQS/QSRBN membership is an added advantage
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 350,000
