Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, material schedules, cost plans, and tender documents.
- Evaluate project costs, track budgets, and prepare periodic cost reports.
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and progress assessments.
- Negotiate with contractors/vendors and support procurement processes.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor financial risks.
- Support contract administration, variations, and claims documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management.
- Proficiency in QS software, MS Excel, and project documentation tools.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- NIQS or RICS membership is an added advantage.
