Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Lagos, with some flexibility for remote work. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing project budgets, creating bills of quantities (BOQ), performing cost planning and cost control, and producing detailed cost reports. The role involves close collaboration with project managers and design teams to ensure project costs remain aligned with financial goals while maintaining quality and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning
• Proficiency in Cost Reporting and analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional certification or membership in a recognized Quantity Surveying body is advantageous
• 1-2years Prior experience in residential and commercial interior projects is preferred
