Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
- Monitor project costs and manage variations
- Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Candidate must be a resident within Lekki and its environs.
- 2 years minimum experience in relevant construction/project cost management
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control
- Good understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
