  • Monitor and control quality at all stages of production, from raw material inspection to in-process control and finished product evaluation.
  • Ensure roofing products meet defined specifications, performance requirements, and appearance standards.
  • Work with procurement and suppliers to address raw material quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Support production teams in identifying and correcting quality deviations in real time.
  • Inspection, Testing, and Quality Reviews

  • Review test results, inspection reports, and quality data to identify trends and risks.
  • Lead regular quality review meetings with production, engineering, and management teams.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on data analysis and root cause findings.
  • Continuous Quality Improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, waste, and rework.
  • Apply quality tools such as 5 Why analysis, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, and other QC methods to identify root causes.
  • Promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the factory.
  • Support process optimization to improve product consistency and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Customer Complaints and Quality Issues
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of customer quality complaints related to roofing products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to management and customer-facing teams.
  • Track recurring issues and implement preventive measures to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Standards, SOPs, and Compliance
  • Develop, review, and update quality standards, SOPs, and QC processes for roofing manufacturing.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Prepare the factory for audits, inspections, and internal quality assessments.
  • Support management in maintaining certification readiness and audit performance.
