Job summary
The Quality Control Engineer – MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections for HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing systems, and firefighting systems.
- Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and method statements.
- Review and verify material submittals in line with technical specifications.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where necessary and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers on all quality-related matters.
- Participate in project handover and resolution of snag list items.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4–8 years proven experience on MEP construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Solid understanding of inspection procedures and quality documentation processes.
Work Structure:
- This role is fully site-based.
- The work schedule is Monday to Saturday.
- Candidates must be available for full on-site presence and supervision throughout the project lifecycle
