Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain
quality assurance processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect and test materials, products,
and processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify quality issues, analyze root
causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of
inspection reports, test results, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with production,
procurement, and operations teams to improve product quality.
- Conduct regular audits and training to
promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- Track quality metrics and prepare
performance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality
Management, Industrial Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a
quality assurance or control role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies,
tools, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, NAFDAC, SON).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving,
and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level
of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data
management systems.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Six Sigma (added advantage).
