Responsibilities:
- Conduct final quality inspections on completed vehicles before delivery.
- Verify that repairs and maintenance services meet company and manufacturer standards.
- Identify and document quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
- Monitor workshop processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists.
- Investigate customer complaints related to service quality and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Prepare quality assurance reports and performance metrics.
- Support staff training on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with workshop and customer service teams to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance or automotive operations.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
