Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate material and workmanship testing.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Participate in site inspections, audits, and quality meetings.
- Support continuous improvement of quality management processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project specifications, inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting.
