Job Summary
We are looking to hire a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to own the quality assurance process for our web application. You will test features manually from a user perspective, build automation scripts for regression and performance testing, and work closely with developers and the product team to ensure every release is stable, fast, and error-free. This role is critical for maintaining a seamless, high-quality experience across complex AI workflows, onboarding, dashboards, and automation modules. You will test new features manually, automate recurring tests, and work closely with developers and the product team to identify bugs, verify fixes, and maintain release stability.

Job Description/Requirements
- Design, document, and execute manual test cases for all user journeys and modules.
- Develop, maintain, and run automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Perform regression, smoke, and functional testing across dev, QA, and production environments.
- Validate REST APIs and integrations using Postman or similar tools.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira; verify fixes after each sprint.
- Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product managers to maintain release quality.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.
- Create and maintain QA documentation (test plans, reports, and checklists).
- Provide regular feedback on quality metrics and risk areas to the product team.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of QA experience (minimum 1 year automation).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience testing APIs (Postman or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document clearly
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience testing SaaS or AI-driven web applications.
- Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, k6).
- Experience in multi-tenant or multi-environment testing setups.
