We are looking for an experienced Python AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, data-driven solutions that support business decision-making. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience working with AI/ML models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
This is an onsite role in Cebu, open to candidates currently residing in the Philippines with legal right to work.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, scalable backend applications
• Develop AI/ML frameworks for automated and intelligent business processes
• Build and deploy AI/ML APIs and backend services
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient Python code
• Integrate server-side logic with data pipelines and frontend components
• Implement data storage and retrieval strategies
• Contribute to data platform and ML architecture design
• Collaborate with Integration and Data Architects on system and data models
• Ensure reliability, performance, security, and maintainability of applications
• Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in backend and/or AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python (core language and libraries)
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and databases
• Proficiency with version control tools (Git, Mercurial, SVN)
• Knowledge of event-driven programming in Python
• Understanding of Python threading and multi-process architecture
• Experience designing database schemas to support business processes
• Familiarity with server-side templating (Jinja2, Mako)
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for backendfrontend integration
• Strong debugging, unit testing, and optimization skills
• Awareness of security and accessibility best practices
• Experience developing cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and neural networks
• Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Must be amenable to working onsite in Cebu
• Must be comfortable with a shifting schedule
