Responsibilities:

Produce and write press releases, newsletters, and presentations for clients’ accounts.
Plan the client’s campaign and publicity strategies.
Handle clients’ accounts simultaneously, keeping a status report on each account for effective monitoring of the company’s tasks and projects, including Coverage Book, etc.
Coordinate and attend clients’ events to ensure full compliance with the set objectives of the event.
Coordinate guest listing and press listing for the client’s events.
Advise the client on handling sensitive public issues to preserve brand reputation.
Respond to enquiries on clients’ events from Organizations, the press, and the general public.
Coordinate and speak at press conferences and presentations on behalf of the client.
Maximize client visibility through prime placement and activity on print, TV, radio, and social media platforms.
Create maximum value on the client’s account through the generation of opportunities for sponsorship and business partnerships.
Analyze and track media coverage of the client’s account through daily monitoring of transactions on the client’s activities across all media platforms and prepare reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Good presentation skills
Very good interpersonal skills
Possesses a creative mind with the ability to find the best practical solutions
Very good project planning and management skills
Excellent knowledge of print, TV, radio, and social media platforms
Ability to work under pressure
