Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Produce and write press releases, newsletters, and presentations for clients’ accounts.
  • Plan the client’s campaign and publicity strategies.
  • Handle clients’ accounts simultaneously, keeping a status report on each account for effective monitoring of the company’s tasks and projects, including Coverage Book, etc.
  • Coordinate and attend clients’ events to ensure full compliance with the set objectives of the event.
  • Coordinate guest listing and press listing for the client’s events.
  • Advise the client on handling sensitive public issues to preserve brand reputation.
  • Respond to enquiries on clients’ events from Organizations, the press, and the general public.
  • Coordinate and speak at press conferences and presentations on behalf of the client.
  • Maximize client visibility through prime placement and activity on print, TV, radio, and social media platforms.
  • Create maximum value on the client’s account through the generation of opportunities for sponsorship and business partnerships.
  • Analyze and track media coverage of the client’s account through daily monitoring of transactions on the client’s activities across all media platforms and prepare reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Possesses a creative mind with the ability to find the best practical solutions
  • Very good project planning and management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of print, TV, radio, and social media platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Creative Thinking and Implementation
