Job summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Public Relations & Communications Manager who will lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning, audience engagement, and corporate reputation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee media relations and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers.
- Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, including premieres, screenings, and brand activations.
- Manage and approve all external communications, including press releases, statements, and media materials.
- Drive brand storytelling and positioning to enhance visibility and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on PR campaign performance.
- Manage, mentor, and oversee PR team members and external agencies.
- Identify strategic partnerships and visibility opportunities to drive growth.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Public Relations, Communications, or related roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in the entertainment, media, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record of leading successful PR campaigns and high-impact events.

Remuneration: NGN 900,000 - 1,200,000 monthly
