Community Engagement Officer
Job summary
The Community Engagement Officer will play a key role in promoting the Foundation's preventive healthcare and wellness initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing community health awareness programmes, building partnerships with organizations, educating the public on healthy living, and supporting the Foundation's outreach and health maintenance services.

Responsibilities:
- Represent RightLiving Health Foundation professionally while upholding the organization's values and ethical standards.
- Identify and secure suitable venues for Health Sensitization Programmes through visits to organizations, schools, churches, companies, and community groups using the Foundation's official proposal letters.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement community health awareness campaigns and outreach activities.
- Deliver health education presentations, wellness seminars, and fitness talks to various audiences.
- Promote the Foundation's health maintenance services and educate clients on preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyles.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with partner organizations and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding the Foundation's programmes and services.
- Assist in developing and implementing health maintenance policies, procedures, and educational programmes.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and support data collection for programme evaluation.
- Create simple health education materials and promotional content using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Support digital awareness campaigns through email marketing and social media platforms.
- Perform other duties assigned by management in line with the Foundation's objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Forms).
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva for presentations and educational materials.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) for health awareness campaigns.
- Experience in a healthcare organization, NGO, marketing, public health campaign, or community outreach will be an added advantage.
