Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager based in Lagos. The Property Manager will oversee and manage properties, coordinate maintenance and repair activities, and ensure properties are well-maintained. Responsibilities include interacting with property owners and tenants, resolving property-related issues, managing property budgets, collecting rents, and handling administrative tasks related to property management. Collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders is also required to ensure effective operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in property management, property maintenance, and tenant relations
• Skills in budgeting, financial management, and rent collection processes
• Ability to manage stakeholder communication and resolve disputes effectively
• Experience in supervising contractors, maintenance projects, and scheduling repairs
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, record-keeping, and reporting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with local property laws and regulations in Nigeria
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred
