Samuel & Co Properties Ltd is a UK-registered property investment and management company operating across Greater London and Berkshire. We run rent-to-rent HMOs, serviced apartments under our Grace House brand, and a growing deal sourcing operation for investors.
We are entering a period of deliberate commercial growth and we are hiring a Property Growth & Sales Lead to drive it. This is the role that finds the deals, builds the investor relationships, manages the marketing, and pushes the business forward.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who picks up the phone without being told to, manages their pipeline with discipline, and holds themselves to a high professional standard in every landlord, investor, and partner conversation.
Success in this role looks like this: a live and growing pipeline of qualified deals and investor conversations, Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns generating real leads, and a level of commercial credibility that makes people want to do business with Samuel & Co Properties.
We are not looking for a short-term hire. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a UK-based business long-term and become an indispensable part of how it moves forward.
Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday. Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦240,000 per month. Location: Fully remote, Nigeria-based. Start date: Prompt. Candidates with a short notice period are welcome to apply.
