Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on marathon property investment opportunities, pricing, and market trends.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties with Marathona.
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and documentation.
- Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of properties and clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate, property advisory, or sales.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
- Basic knowledge of property laws and documentation.
