Role Description

Xpacy Limited is seeking a full-time Property Acquisition Officer for a hybrid role based in Lagos State, and Abuja,Nigeria. The primary responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential property acquisition opportunities, negotiating with property owners and developers, and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives. The role involves conducting property assessments, maintaining updated market research, preparing acquisition reports, and collaborating closely with the internal team to align goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Supplier Negotiation and Purchasing skills.
• Analytical Skills for evaluating property opportunities and conducting market research.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and property regulations (experience in the Nigerian real estate market is a plus).
• A relevant degree in Business, Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
