Job Title: Property Acquisition Officer

Salary: 200,000 Plus Comission

About the Role:

Our Client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Property Acquisition Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding high-quality properties, ensuring they are listed and actively performing on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and acquire quality properties for listing on the platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and developers
• Conduct property inspections and evaluations to ensure quality standards
• Onboard new properties and ensure accurate and appealing listings
• Monitor property performance and ensure continuous activity on the platform
• Negotiate terms and close acquisition deals effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate, property acquisition, or a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and property trends
• Ability to work independently and meet acquisition targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property listing platforms is an added advantage
