Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction and interior design activities.
- Ensure projects are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage timelines and ensure work is completed within set deadlines.
- Coordinate with contractors, artisans, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and resolve any on-site issues that may affect quality, cost, or timelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Maintain proper documentation and project reports.
- Serve as the main link between the design team, clients, management team, and site workers.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND degree in Building, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising or understudying construction or interior design projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and other project management tools is an added advantage.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
