This role ensures programme activities are delivered effectively, participants are supported, and programme outcomes are documented. The ideal candidate is passionate about women's empowerment, youth development, and structured programme delivery.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Support the planning and implementation of the foundation’s programme activities, workshops, mentorship sessions, and cohorts
- Coordinate participants, facilitators, schools, and mentors for programme activities.
- Support curriculum delivery, training sessions, and cohort engagement activities.
- Track participant progress, attendance, and programme outcomes.
- Prepare programme reports, documentation, and success stories.
- Support data collection for impact measurement and donor reporting.
- Support outreach, recruitment, and sensitisation activities for programme cohorts.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and scheduling for programme activities.
- Support compliance with safeguarding policies and programme standards.
Requirements:
- A degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Psychology, Gender Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in youth development, education programmes, gender programming, or social impact projects.
- Experience working with adolescent girls or youth programmes is a strong advantage.
- Strong coordination, facilitation, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple programme activities and stakeholders.
- Sensitivity to gender, youth safeguarding, and community engagement.
